Great store with welcoming staff, avoided using gender assuming pronouns which helped me as a non passing trans person feel much more comfortable and let a friend and me in but kept their distance (as is required by law) while still helping more than enough. Finally, it is obvious this store prioritises quality of service over profits as they gave me wigs they thought would look nice over whatever is more expensive.
